Post-Easter Crockpot
Chunk up the Easter leftovers to make this! One of my favorite, easy recipes!
SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM
8-10 Potatoes, sliced (not peeled)
2 cups cooked, cubed
1 onion, sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom
Layer ingredients in crockpot, in this order, starting with potatoes. Do not Mix. Cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with salad and...
